What if you cannot fix my file?

My company file will not open, verify or rebuild. Can you repair it?
Yes - that is our core service. We repair corruption that stops a file opening, verifying, rebuilding or completing everyday tasks.
Can you migrate my data from another accounting system?
Yes. We migrate from NetSuite, Sage 50, Peachtree, AccountEdge/MYOB, SAP Business One, Sage BusinessWorks, Dynamics GP, DacEasy, Everest and Xero into QuickBooks.
Can you downgrade an Enterprise file to Pro or Premier?
Yes. We move Enterprise files down to Pro, Premier, Mac or Online with the data intact.
Do you repair QuickBooks for Mac files?
Yes. Mac company files are repaired by the same team, and we also convert between the Mac and Windows editions.
I have lost the admin password. Can you get me back in?
Yes. We remove or reset the administrator password on Pro, Premier, Enterprise and POS files. Proof of ownership may be requested.
My file is huge and slow. Can it be made smaller?
Yes. SuperCondense and file size reduction cut a bloated company file down while keeping the data you need, including files that will not condense by normal means.
Can you merge two company files, or split one?
We merge two or more company files into one, and we reduce oversized customer, vendor and item lists that have hit their limits.
Can you remove multi-currency, negative inventory or the audit trail?
Yes. Each is a separate service: turning off multi-currency once it has been enabled, correcting negative inventory, and removing audit-trail history to shrink the file.
Which versions of QuickBooks do you handle?
Every version from QuickBooks 1 for DOS through the current Pro, Premier, Accountant and Enterprise releases.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes. We work with the US, UK, Canada, Australia (Reckon Accounts), New Zealand versions of QuickBooks, on both PC and Mac, and we convert between the regional editions.
I have an error code. Where do I start?
Look the code up in our error library - most entries explain the cause and the fix. If it is still there afterwards, send us the file.
